MyTjommie is designed for children aged 4 to 12. It is intended to be used with parental supervision, especially for younger children. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for their child.
2. Christian Faith-Based Content
MyTjommie provides Bible stories, memory verses, and Christian-themed activities. All content is created to teach biblical values such as kindness, honesty, forgiveness, and love. We do not promote any specific denomination; our goal is to share the gospel in a child-friendly way.
By using this app, you understand that the content is explicitly Christian in nature.
3. No Refunds on Digital Content
MyTjommie offers both free and premium (paid) content. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
Before purchasing a subscription or unlocking premium content, please review the description carefully. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to content you have paid for, contact us and we will resolve it.
4. User Conduct
We want MyTjommie to be a safe, uplifting place for every child. When using the app, you agree to:

All content in MyTjommie — including stories, illustrations, audio, code, and branding — is owned by MyTjommie or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyTjommie is provided "as is." While we work hard to ensure the app is safe, accurate, and reliable, we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTjommie and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, device damage, or emotional distress.
Parents remain responsible for supervising their child’s screen time and online activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
If you access MyTjommie from outside South Africa, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
